Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Ownify collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this marketing site only — the issuer console is a separate product with its own terms.

What you tell us

The strategy session form at /strategy-session collects your name, organisation, role and email, plus the route, asset class, jurisdiction, opportunity size, licence position and launch horizon you select, and any notes you add.

The asset submission form at /issuer collects the asset name, category and location; the financial figures you enter; the holding entity and advisor names; which supporting documents you indicate you hold; and the email address you give us to reply to.

What we measure

We use first-party analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, where visitors arrive from, and whether an enquiry was submitted. This runs through our own tagging domain rather than a third-party script host, and feeds Google Analytics 4.

The cookies involved are:

• Analytics cookies — a Google Analytics identifier used to recognise a returning browser and group page views into a session.
• Attribution cookies — if you arrive from an advertisement or a campaign link, we store the click identifier and campaign parameters for up to 90 days so we can tell which channel produced an enquiry.
• Your cookie choice — a cookie recording whether you allowed or declined the above, kept for 180 days.

We do not build advertising profiles, we do not run remarketing, and we do not sell or share this data with advertising networks.

Your choice

Analytics cookies are on by default and you can turn them off at any time using the Analytics cookies control in the footer of every page. Declining stops the analytics and attribution cookies being set and tells Google Analytics to deny storage; the forms and the rest of the site continue to work normally.

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area and would prefer we had asked first, decline using that control and email us — we will treat that as a standing objection.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your submission and carry out a structuring review. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for marketing to anyone who has not asked to hear from us.

Who else sees it

Submissions are delivered to contact@ownify.digital by email. Our hosting provider and our transactional email provider process the data in transit as part of delivering it. Our server-side tagging provider and Google Analytics process the measurement data described above.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@ownify.digital and we will respond.
