These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern the Ownify issuer console or any future offering, each of which is covered by its own agreement.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or financial product in any jurisdiction. There is no live deal and no marketplace. Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or financial advice.

The console tour is a demonstration

The interactive tour at /console runs on a demo tenant. Every figure, holder, wallet address, transaction hash and deployment log entry in it is sample data generated in your browser. Nothing is deployed to any chain, no funds move, and none of it represents a real asset or a real person.

Asset submissions

Submitting the form at /issuer starts a structuring conversation and nothing more. It does not create a contract, an obligation on either side, a listing, or any commitment to proceed. We may decline any submission for any reason. Please do not send confidential information you are not free to share.

You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to share it.

This site describes a platform under active development. Features marked In build are not available. Descriptions of planned functionality, licensing progress and target markets are statements of current intent, not promises, and may change.
